Treepl hosted email users can experience issues receiving mail. This includes Treepl notifications (workflows, system emails, etc). We're working with OpenSRS to resolve this issue.

v5.9 RELEASE: All trial sites have been updated. We plan to update all live sites to this version on the night of Dec 23. Sites will experience short maintenance time, depending on the site size (2-10 minutes).
Our office will be closed on December 25th, 30th and 31st. CMS support will be unavailable on these days. All admin-level and urgent requests will be monitored and resolved 24x7.
Australia region was experiencing degradation of service for all connections coming in or out of the US in the past hour. This is a worldwide issue that affected Treepl admin, portal, websites hosted in the US, and forum. We're waiting for the global and local ISP's to fully resolve this issue.
