7 months ago v7.1.1 RELEASE: We're updating all v7.1 sites and the WebinOne Portal. The Live Site Automatic Transition Option (v6 → v7) will be added. Expected downtime is minimal for sites and up to 20 minutes for the Portal, Sign-In, and admin.

8 months ago AU data center has been restored to nominal performance after 92 minutes. The issue was due to a DB cluster failover. We've updated monitoring, upgraded backup DB capacity, and are investigating the root cause, which was a large spike in DB requests.
